Rep. Connors discusses proposal with KTTH’s Jason Rantz to provide rebate relief at the gas pump

Rep. April Connors, R-Kennewick, talks with KTTH’s Jason Rantz about her new Carbon Auction Rebate (CAR) payment program that would initially provide a rebate to Washington motorists of up to $100 per registered vehicle to offset enormous prices at the gas pumps brought on by Gov. Inslee’s new cap-and-trade program. Connors plans to introduce legislation in the 2024 session, which begins in January.
